Barney McElholm, BSc Est. Man., MRICS, and Peter Neville BSc Est. Man. (Hon) MRICS have a broad professional background in all aspects of property that make them the ideal directors for The Elegant Group Ltd.

		Barney McElholm BSc, Est. Man., MRICS Barney began his career at Maybrook Properties plc in London where he gained a good grounding in all aspects of his profession. There followed a successful property career in London's West End, which gained him the experience of professionalism that underpins the company's ethos to day. Barney makes no apologies for his direct and uncompromising approach to delivering quality.

The partnership with Peter Neville in 1995 saw the meeting of the minds of two property connoisseurs, a formidable and complementary team with the expertise to realise their vision, providing top quality homes to the most discerning customers; The Elegant Group Ltd was born.

		Peter Neville BSc, Est. Man. (Hon), MRICS After graduating from Reading University; Peter served his apprenticeship at Land Securities, Britain's largest property company. Peter's commercial skills were honed at West End boutique agency; Harvey Spack Field. Here he met Barney and a growing respect evolved as they worked together on a number of successful developments.

The Elegant Group Ltd was established to combine the vision and professional eye of two experienced Chartered Surveyors to create property developments of the highest quality.

		Peter Spencer Peter joined The Elegant Group Ltd in December 2003 following 10 years as an Associate Partner for Chartered Surveyors; Paul Lawrence Associates. Peter has extensive experience in the construction industry, having worked in both the professional and construction side of Quantity Surveying. With the increasing number of houses currently under construction by The Elegant Group Ltd; his experience and expertise is essential in maintaining the high quality and professional approach already established by Barney and Peter.
