Manor Road, Goring-on-Thames
We are promoting a residential development of this site through the Goring-on-Thames Neighbourhood Plan. The site known as GNP3 has been allocated in the adopted Plan. We have now received a resolution to grant outline planning permission from the SODC planning committee, subject to signing a Section 106 Agreement. Once this is signed, we will be submit a detailed planning application for 20 residential dwellings.
Sedgewell Road, Sonning Common
We will shortly be submitting an application for four semi-detached dwellings on the land to the rear of Mike Farina’s garage in Sonning Common. We are proposing to deliver three 2-bedroom dwellings and one 3-bedroom.
Ash Hurst, Goring-on-Thames
We have submitted a planning application for an additional 4 dwellings on our site at Ash Hurst, Goring. The site was allocated for 14 houses in the Goring Neighbourhood Plan, which was first published after our original consent for 10 was granted. We have therefore proposed a further 4 two-bed terraced dwellings at the end of the road.
Land to the east of B481, Rotherfield Peppard
In the summer of 2020, we applied for outline planning permission to erect 4 dwellings on the land in Rotherfield Peppard previously used by Rotherfield Boys Football Club. In addition, part of the application involved the gifting of the rear part of the site to the new school for use as a grassed sports pitch
