Manor Road, Goring-on-Thames
We have now received outline planning permission for 20 residential dwellings, and will be submitting a detailed planning application shortly. We promoted a residential development of this site through the Goring-on-Thames Neighbourhood Plan. The site known as GNP3 is allocated in the adopted Plan.
Sedgewell Road, Sonning Common
We have received full planning permission to build four semi-detached dwellings on the land to the rear of Mike Farina’s garage in Sonning Common. The scheme consists of three 2-bedroom dwellings and one 3-bedroom with garage. Pre-construction conditions need to be discharged before we can start on site in 2022.
Ash Hurst, Goring-on-Thames
We have received full planning permission to build an additional four, 2-bed terraced dwellings on our site at Ash Hurst, Goring. We hope to start construction on site in September 2021, with the properties completed in summer 2022.
Land to the east of B481, Rotherfield Peppard
In the summer of 2021, we reapplied for outline planning permission to erect 4 dwellings on the land in Rotherfield Peppard previously used by Rotherfield Boys Football Club. The application also involved the gifting of the rear part of the site to Peppard C of E Primary School to use as a recreational play area as part of the new school site.
