We have now received outline planning permission for 20 residential dwellings. A detailed planning application was submitted in early Jan 2022 and we are hopeful for a determination later this year.
Sedgewell Road, Sonning Common
We have received full planning permission to build four semi-detached dwellings on the land to the rear of Mike Farina’s garage in Sonning Common. The scheme consists of three 2-bedroom dwellings and one 3-bedroom with garage. Pre-construction conditions need to be discharged before we can start on site in summer 2022.
5 Grass Hill, Reading
We have received full planning permission to build two contemporary 3-bed detached dwellings on a site in Grass Hill, Reading. Pre-construction conditions need to be discharged before we can start on site in the second half of 2022.
Land to the east of B481, Rotherfield Peppard
At the end of 2021, an outline planning permission was refused to erect 4 dwellings on the land in Rotherfield Peppard previously used by Rotherfield Boys Football Club. The application also involved the gifting of the rear part of the site to Peppard C of E Primary School to use as a recreational play area as part of the new school site. We have now submitted an Appeal against this decision.
