Past Joint Venture success

Private Landowner, Morriston, Henley-On-Thames

We partnered with a private landowner to secure planning consent and build-out a small development of three new homes. The landowner retained ownership of the land, benefitting from our planning expertise, and then employed us as the main contractor to build out the scheme.

Commercial Landowner and New Home Buyer – Acrefield, Sonning

We worked in partnership with a commercial landowner, achieving an improved planning consent for two houses and building out the scheme on their behalf. We sold one of the properties off-plan to a buyer who then were given personal choices over design and specification.
