A landowner approached us with a plot of land on the edge of the village within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We handled the planning process at our cost and risk, engaged with local stakeholders, and secured planning permission for a development of 14 family homes. We then purchased the site, built out the scheme and the homes are now fully occupied.
