Manor Meadow is a unique development of 20 houses in Goring-on-Thames. We have now received full planning approval for the development. Construction works started on 9th May 2023.
The development will be carried out in two phases – please see the Phasing Plan below. The first phase (shown blue on the phasing plan) will consist of 14 dwellings: Plots 5-18. These are the 12 semi-detached dwellings and the two detached ‘gatehouse’ dwellings either side of the access road. Of the 14 houses being built during this phase, Plots 5, 6, 7, 16, 17 and 18 will be for sale.
This phase will also deliver all of the communal infrastructure for the development, including the access road, footpaths and all landscaping, such as meadow and tree planting. We expect to complete this phase of the development in Autumn 2024.
The second phase (shown yellow on the phasing plan) will consist of the final 6 detached dwellings along the front, which face the meadow and Manor Road. All of these properties are for sale. We expect this phase of the development to be finished later in 2025.
